It was such a pleasure working with Favio. He was very responsive and attentive during the entire process. Favio is extremely knowledgeable of the market and the area. He went above and beyond for us and helped us sell our home quickly for a great price and assisted greatly in the purchase of our new construction. He made himself available for all the walk through of the process and we couldn't be more grateful. Would highly recommend and would love to work with him in the future.

Drew was extremely responsive throughout my home search. There were specific items within each home that he would point out that would have never crossed my mind. He also was very patient and we toured about 10 or so homes after I found the one I ended up buying. Super knowledgeable regarding the closing process and was helpful in navigating that particular portion of the process, which can be very confusing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends who are buying!

Drew was fantastic to work with for our home search. We were focusing inside the Raleigh Beltline, and Drew was a wealth of knowledge - it helps that he lives right down the street. We also had some complexities with closing, but Drew helped push us along through the process and close almost a week early! Highly recommend.
